their suppliers in terms of a performance matrix and the overall
service issues. It is always our aim to go significantly further,
to break new ground with effective and creative service innovations.
As we hope you'll soon discover, customer satisfaction is something
we're passionate about.
One example of this is worth mentioning. Weston customers
are often suppliers to global brand names. Before our customer
wins a contract to supply their product the end user must have
the confidence that the supply chain is of the highest calibre.
To this end, Weston customers are encouraged to invite
their clients to visit our facilities for a Manufacturing Readiness
Review (MRR). Modesty apart, as our people and facilities are
exceptional, such a visit has often helped to secure a contract
for our customers. This underscores the 'partnership' ethic that
drives us here at Weston.
